NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following a review of the Company's external audit requirements, the Audit and Risk
Committee has recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the appointment of PKF Octagon Inc. as the external auditor
of the Company, with Nicole Nowak as the designated audit partner, to replace BDO South Africa Inc. with effect from
the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting scheduled for 15 July 2026, or any adjournment or
postponement thereof.

The change in auditor was initiated by the Company as part of the Board's process of voluntary audit firm rotation.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to BDO South Africa Inc. for their services to the Company.
