CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED
31 AUGUST 2024 AND CASH DIVIDEND DECLARATION


HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE PERIOD

•   Revenue increased 8% to R748.5 million (August 2023: R692.25 million)
•   Earnings per share decreased 20% to 173 cents per share (August 2023: 218 cents per share)
•   Headline earnings per share decreased 8% to 65 cents per share (August 2023: 71 cents per share)
•   Net asset value per share increased 6% to 2 780 (August 2023: 2 616 cents per share)
•   Interim dividend of 18 cents per share declared (August 2023: 16.40 cents per share)

INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARED

On 26 November 2024, the board of directors ("the Board") declared an interim cash gross dividend (No 8) of
18 cents per ordinary share, payable out of income reserves to all shareholders of Acsion Limited.

The dividend per share is calculated based on 394 959 976 shares in issue as at the date of the dividend
declaration and therefore amounts to R71,092,795.68 in aggregate. The net dividend amount, excluding South
African dividend tax of 20%, which equates to 3.6 cents, is 14.4 cents per share for those shareholders that
are not exempt from dividend tax.

Acsion's income tax reference number is 9794017161.

In compliance with the requirements of Strate, the Company has determined the following salient dates for the
payment of the final dividend:

Shares commence trading ex dividend                           Wednesday, 18 December 2024
Record date                                                   Friday, 20 December 2024
Payment date                                                  Monday, 23 December 2024

Shares may not be rematerialised or dematerialised between Wednesday, 18 December 2024 and Friday,
20 December 2024, both days inclusive.
