This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating to the listing of the portfolio on the JSE.

1. Introduction

    Satrix would like to add the Alexander Forbes Balanced Growth Satrix Actively Managed ETF (“the
    portfolio”) to its AMETF product range under the Satrix ETF Scheme, through a listing on the Main
    Board of the JSE by way of private placement. The fund is designed to fill a market gap by offering an
    actively managed, Regulation 28-compliant investment solution that combines balanced growth, multi-
    asset exposure, and adherence to retirement fund regulations within an ETF structure. Unlike passive
    ETFs and traditional balanced funds, this portfolio provides flexible, transparent, and cost-effective
    access to diversified global assets, meeting the rising demand from individual and institutional investors
    for investment vehicles that deliver both growth and effective risk management in line with regulatory
    requirements.

2. Listing approval

    Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE on 13 October
    2026.
