FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF NAME

The capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall bear the same meaning given to such
terms in the Circular.

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Monday, 11 August 2025 advising that
the proposed change of the Company's name from "Blue Label Telecoms Limited" to "Blu Label Unlimited Group
Limited" and consequential amendments to the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation was approved by
Shareholders.

The special resolutions were accepted and placed on file by CIPC.

The Company will commence trading on the JSE under its new name "Blu Label Unlimited Group Limited" on
Wednesday, 3 September 2025 and will retain its history. The JSE long name and short name of the Company
will change to "Blu Label Unlimited" and "Blu", respectively. The JSE share code and ISIN will not change.

Accordingly, the following dates in relation to the Change in Name are confirmed as follows:

Forms of surrender (yellow) to be received by the Transfer Secretaries by 12h00 on the                       Friday, 5 September
record date for the Change of Name in order for certificated Shareholders to have their
entitlements credited to their accounts at their CSDP or Broker in dematerialised form on
Monday, 8 September 2025
Dematerialised Shareholders will have their accounts at their CSDP or Broker updated to                      Monday, 8 September
reflect the Change of Name
Certificated Shareholders who have surrendered their documents of title and given valid                      Monday, 8 September
details of their CSDP or Broker will have their accounts at their CSDP or Broker credited with
their entitlement
Certificated Shareholders who have not surrendered their documents of title will have their                  Monday, 8 September
entitlements credited to Computershare Nominees pending the surrender of their documents
of title
