of the following transaction by an associate of directors of the Company.

An associate of Dr CH Wiese and JD Wiese, Titan Premier Investments (Pty) Ltd, purchased all of the shares and claims
on loan account against a private company that holds 1,008,331 Collins shares. The effective price of the Collins shares
is R8.88 per Collins share and the effective value of the Collins shares is R8,953,979.28.
