POTENTIAL AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF FLEXIBLE INVESTMENT NOTES (SERIES 1 AUTOCALL) NOTES ("FNIB01") ON 10 APRIL 2025

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuer of FNIB01, hereby notifies Holders of the potential Automatic Exercise of Investment Profile No.1 of
FNIB01 on 10 April 2025 (see the related securities above). If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled the Investment Profile No.1 of
FNIB01, will be automatically Exercised on 10 April 2025.

 Date of announcement of whether the Condition for        Friday, 11 April 2025, by 11:00 AM
 Exercise has been met

If there is an Automatic Exercise of Investment Profile No.1 of FNIB01 on 10 April 2025, Holders will have their Notes redeemed and
will receive the cash settlement amount in respect of their Notes on the Payment Date, unless they have elected in writing to remain
invested in the FIN via a new Investment Profile No.2. Details of the subsequent Investment Profile and the procedure to remain
invested have been disclosed to Holders by the Issuer in terms of the published marketing documentation for the new Investment
Profile No.2.

Salient information should the Condition for Exercise be met:
 Cash settlement amount (capital payment)            R 1,180.00        118,000 cents
 Payment/Redemption date                             Thursday, 17 April 2025

Holders are also informed about the temporary freeze period for trading on the FNIB01:
