CHANGE TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, Fintegic advises that Jan Reyneke has been appointed as a non-executive director of
Fintegic with effect from 01 October 2026 in anticipation of John Doidge retiring from the Board after
the publication of Fintegic’s 2026 financial statements.

Jan Reyneke is a corporate services and fiduciary professional with more than 20 years’ experience
across corporate governance, fiduciary services, capital markets, accounting and cross-border
corporate administration.

In his current role as a Director at Skybound Corporate Services, he works with clients across a broad
range of corporate, fiduciary and capital markets matters, with a particular focus on set-up, governance,
transaction support and the ongoing administration of special purpose and other corporate structures.

His capital markets experience includes supporting vanilla loan structures, note issuance (private and
listed) and securitisation transactions. Over the course of his career, he acted as director, trustee,
committee member, public officer and administrator across a variety of entities and structures. His
experience also includes the management of escrow and treasury arrangements linked to mergers and
acquisitions, corporate restructurings and other complex transactions.

He has worked extensively with clients, financial institutions, legal and professional advisers and
business introducers, and place significant value on building trusted, long-term relationships.
