NOTICE OF DISTRIBUTION - SOUTH AFRICAN RAND RATE
On 28 May 2026, the shareholders resolved to pay an aggregate distribution of US$0.17 cents per share
in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025, payable in H1 and H2 in two equal tranches of
US$0.085 cents per share from the capital contribution reserves of the Company.
Further on 5 August 2026, Glencore plc announced that its Board has declared a further special cash
distribution from the capital contribution reserves of the Company of US$0.085 cents per ordinary share,
to be paid concurrently with the US$0.085 cents per ordinary share second tranche of the previously
approved distribution mentioned above.
The currency exchange rate applicable for the above combined distributions payable to shareholders on
the Glencore plc South African branch register has been determined by reference to the close of business
exchange rate applicable to the South African Rand on Monday, 17 August 2026. This rate is as follows:
Exchange rate USD/ZAR - 16.1764
Div rate in US Dollars - 0.17
Div rate in South African Rand - 2.74999 (rounded up to the nearest five decimals)
Split into two separate payments – 2.74999 divided by 2 = 1.374995

Dematerialisation and rematerialisation of registered share certificates in South Africa may not be effected
during the period from Wednesday, 26 August 2026 to Friday, 28 August 2026, both dates inclusive, nor
will transfers between the Jersey register and the South African register be permitted between Tuesday,
25 August 2026 and Friday, 28 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
These distributions will be paid together as one combined payment on Friday, 18 September 2026.
