New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL370
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of ZAR80,000,000 (eighty million
Rand) Senior Unsecured Range Accrual Notes (stock code IBL370), under Investec Bank Limited’s
Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated
05 May 2026.
The IBL370 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
20 August 2026 with effect from commencement of trade.

0.85%.

the 5th (fifth) Johannesburg Business Day
prior to each Interest Payment Date

accordance with the applicable Business
