CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of a change in the Company Secretary of Insimbi.

The contractual engagement period with FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd has been concluded
and the board of directors of Insimbi ("Board") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Naledi Legodi as the Company Secretary of Insimbi with effect from 15 October 2025.

Naledi Legodi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is a bona fide member of both the
Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa (CCASA) and the Compliance Institute of
South Africa (CISA). She has served as the Assistant Company Secretary of the organisation
for the past five years.

FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd has provided the Company with dedicated and professional
company secretarial services, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance with
the JSE Listings Requirements. During the 12-month engagement period, the FluidRock Co
Sec (Pty) Ltd provided mentorship to Ms Naledi Legodi on the Governance Journey, thereby
enhancing her professional growth. The Board extends its appreciation to the FluidRock team
for their support and contribution to the Company's governance framework and wishes them
continued success in their future endeavours.

The Board thanks FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd for their valued service to the Company and
extends a warm welcome to Ms Legodi in her new role.
