AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue of R29 606 million was in line with the year ended 30 June 2025 (‘prior year’) at
     R29 615 million.

     Operating profit before capital items increased by 28% to R2 473 million, from R1 937 million in
     the prior year.

     Headline earnings per share increased by 88% to 45.2 cents, from 24.1 cents in the prior year.

     Earnings per share reflected a loss of 4.8 cents, from 0.4 cents in the prior year.

     Net asset value per share decreased by 2.4% to 486 cents, from 498 cents in the prior year.

     The board of directors has not declared a dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026
     (30 June 2025: Nil).

2.   RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

     This results announcement is the responsibility of the directors of the Company. It contains only a
     summary of the information in the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026
     (‘AFS’) and the summary consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026
     (‘Summary Financial Statements’) and does not contain full or complete details.

     The AFS have been audited by the Company’s auditors, KPMG Inc., who expressed an unmodified
