 POTENTIAL AUTOMATIC EXERCISE OF KSEIIA AUTOCALL NOTES (AUTOCALLS) ON 14 DECEMBER 2023

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes ("Autocalls"), hereby notifies Holders of the potential
automatic Exercise on 14 December 2023 (see the related securities above). If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled
the Autocalls will be automatically Exercised on 14 December 2023.

 Condition for Exercise                   If, on any Valuation Date the ETF Price is greater than or equal to the Initial
                                          ETF Price, the Note shall Automatically Exercise on the relevant Exercise
                                          Date, and the Holder shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount
