NOTIFICATION OF THE SEMI-ANNUAL HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND THE AVAILABILITY OF THE INVESTOR
REPORT

In accordance with paragraph 6.83(a)(i) of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements
(the DSS Requirements), noteholders of the Nitro 9 transaction are hereby advised that there have been no
replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool, for the interest period ended 22 December 2025, due to a
breach of the representations and warranties contained in the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt
securities.

Furthermore and in accordance with section 6.83(a)(ii) of the DSS Requirements, noteholders of the Nitro 9
transaction are advised that the investor report detailing the performance of the underlying assets in
aggregate, for the period, is available for inspection at the following website:
