RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, unitholders
of the Fund are hereby advised that Mr Ebrahim Mohamed has retired as independent non-
executive director from the board of directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers
Limited, the Manager of the Fund ("the Board"), with effect from 17 April 2025.

The Board would like to thank Mr Mohamed for contribution to the fund during his tenure and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
