DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Lefkopaul CC ("Lefkopaul"), a close corporation in which Sharon
Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick ("Directors") each hold a 33.33% member's interest, concluded a sale of shares
agreement on 18 December 2024 to acquire the remaining 50% interest in Berwale Investments (Pty) Ltd
("Berwale Investments") that it does not already own ("Acquisition"). Berwale Investments holds, amongst other
assets, 1 289 926 Octodec ordinary shares ("Shares").

Shareholders and noteholders are advised of the following information relating to dealings in securities by an
associate of directors of Octodec resulting from the Acquisition:
