1. Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the fourteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of OGL
shareholders will be held at 9:00 on Tuesday, 26 November 2024 as a hybrid
meeting to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM. The salient
