Further to the publication of the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2024
on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on Friday, 29 November 2024 and available through
the JSE cloudlink and on the Company's website at https://quantumfoods.co.za/downloads/2024/annual-financial-
statements-for-the-year-ended-30-september-2024.pdf, shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are advised
that the Company's 2024 annual integrated report containing, inter alia, the additional information required in terms of
paragraph 8.62 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements") is available on the Company's

AVAILABILITY OF THE B-BBEE REPORT

Shareholders are further advised that, in accordance with the Listings Requirements, the Company's latest
