2022 ALLOCATION OF THE RAUBEX LONG TERM INCENTIVE SCHEME ("the
Scheme")
Shareholders are advised that the 50% balance of the shares awarded to Executive Directors
and the Company Secretary of the Company in 2021 in terms of the Scheme, partially vested
on 1 August 2025 as approved by Remco and the Board.
Shareholders are further advised that the first 50% of the shares awarded to Executive
Directors, Prescribed Officers and the Company Secretary of the Company in 2022 in terms of
the Scheme, partially vested on 1 August 2025 as approved by Remco and the Board.
The settlement method in terms of the Scheme is the off-market transfer and delivery of the
shares to participants, unless participants opt to sell shares, in which event a separate share
dealing will be released on SENS.
