TRP 121 Notifications

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (the
"Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company has received notification from Geomer of the acquisition by
Geomer of Rex Trueform "N" ordinary shares, such that Geomer and its related parties now hold 69.09% of
the Company's total issued "N" ordinary shares.

Similarly, the Company has received notification from Amit Ramdath of the disposal by Mr Ramdath of Rex
Trueform "N" ordinary shares, such that Mr Ramdath now holds 0.71% of the Company's total issued
"N" ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Rex Trueform accepts responsibility that the information contained in this
announcement accurately reflects the information contained in the TRP121.1 forms received by the Company
from Geomer and Mr Ramdath and no information has been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
