NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS of SBEN69 Equity Index Linked
Notes due - 31 March 2032- ("the Note") issued in terms of its
Structured Note Programme ("the Programme") dated 20 December
2024 which can be found on the Issuer's website. Capitalised
terms used and not otherwise defined in this announcement have
the meaning given to them in the Pricing Supplement of the Note,
as read with the Programme Memorandum.


Pursuant to the provisions of Condition 18.1 (Modification) of
the Programme, the dates contained in the Pricing Supplement in
respect   of   the   following   definitions   "Maturity   Date",
"Suspension Date", "Record Date" and the "De-listing Date" will
be amended and the new corporate action dates will be as follows:

Finalisation Date:                 25 March 2032, or if such day
                                   is not a Business Day, the
