Voluntary Trading Statement

Santova is in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 28 February 2026
and shareholders are accordingly advised that the Company has reasonable certainty
that the Company is expecting to announce earnings per share ("EPS") of between
102.56c and 108.32c, headline earnings per share ("HEPS'') of between 103.82c and
109.59c.

Seabourne Mail Solutions Limited have published their statutory financial statements
for the period ended 28 February 2026 on Companies House. This information is
