Noteholders are advised that the JSE has granted UBS AG approval for a Tap
Issuance for the STANLIB Strategy 4 Portfolio (the "Reference Portfolio").

For Portfolio Notes linked to the STANLIB Strategy 4 Portfolio, approval has
been granted for an additional 10,000,000 units ("Tranche 5") to be
consolidated and form a single series with the existing issue of 35,000,000
units ("Tranches 1 to 4").

This listing (Series 52) is issued under the Information Memorandum of UBS
