TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with paragraph 6.26 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results
for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, Sygnia would like to advise its shareholders that headline earnings per share for the six
months ended 31 March 2026, compared to the six month period ended 31 March 2025, are expected
to increase by between 20.0% and 25.0%, to between 135.8 cents per share and 141.5 cents per share
(31 March 2025: 113.2 cents per share).

Diluted headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 March 2026 compared to the
comparative period are expected to increase by between 20.0% and 25%, to between 134.3 cents per
share and 139.9 cents per share (31 March 2025: 111.9 cents per share).

The financial information on which this trading statement is based is the responsibility of the directors
and has not been audited, reviewed and/or reported on by the Company's external auditors.

It is expected that Sygnia will release its full results for the six months ended 31 March 2026 on or about
8 June 2026.
