FINALISATION INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE RETURN OF CONTRIBUTED TAX CAPITAL

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 26 September 2025, in terms of
which shareholders were advised that Texton had declared a Return of Contributed Tax Capital of
63.87 cents per ordinary share ("Return of CTC") , subject to the required South African Reserve Bank
approval being obtained for the declaration of the Return of CTC ("Condition") ("Declaration
Announcement").

Shareholders are hereby advised that the requisite approval of the South African Reserve Bank has
been obtained and the Condition fulfilled. Accordingly, the finalisation information pertaining to the
Return of CTC are as follows:
      
Last day to trade cum Distributions               Friday, 24 October 2025
Trading ex-Distributions commences:               Monday 27 October 2025
Record date:                                      Wednesday, 29 October 2025
Payment date:                                     Thursday, 30 October 2025

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Friday, 24 October 2025 and
Wednesday, 29 October 2025, both days inclusive.

The number of ordinary shares in issue as at the declaration date was 330 059 664 and the income tax
registration number of the Company is 9353785158.
