AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 JUNE 2024


1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 12.6% to R565.8 million, from R502.3 million in the prior year.

     Headline earnings per share increased by more than 100% to 36.1 cents per share, from
     4.2 cents per share in the prior year.

     Earnings per share increased by more than 100% to 36.1 cents per share, from 3.7 cents
     per share in the prior year.

2.   DIVIDEND

     Given the high level of net debt, the board of directors of the Company ("Board") has
     taken a decision not to declare a final dividend in respect of the year ended
     30 June 2024 (30 June 2023: nil). The objective of the Board is to revert to paying of
     dividends, once borrowings have normalised.

3.   SHORT-FORM ANNOUNCEMENT

     This short-form announcement is the responsibility of the directors of the Company. It
     contains only a summary of the information contained in the summarised consolidated
     audited financial statements ("Summary AFS") and the consolidated audited annual
     financial statements ("Full AFS") and does not contain full or complete details.
