NOTICE OF UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT

Noteholders are advised that the Company has updated the information statement in respect of its ZAR12,500,000,000 
Subordinated Term Note Programme (the "Information Statement") in compliance with the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements.

The updates to the Information Statement primarily relate to the inclusion and update of certain information required by 
the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements such as the material risks relating to the Company's business 
as well as its compliance with the King Report on Corporate Governance in South Africa, 2016, amongst others.
