RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by the Company on
22 December 2025 and are advised that the Company remains engaged in advanced
discussions regarding the transaction with an artificial intelligence and technology
company with operations and a significant footprint within the Southern African
Development Community ("SADC") region.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution should continue to be exercised when
dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made. Any
transaction arising from the above discussions may have a material effect on the price of
the Company's securities.
