SHORT FORM SENS ANNOUNCEMENT – AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026

Shareholders are referred to the results announcement released on SENS on 20 July 2026 and are
advised of the following:

1.     The initial short form announcement that was published on 15 July 2026 was correct and the
       updated short form announcement published on 20 July 2026 contained no changes.
2.     The Company is required to publish a results announcement, termed a long form
       announcement on Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM").
3.     The link to the Annual Financial Statements in the long form announcement did not work
       and accordingly an amended long form announcement was published with a corrected
       JSE link.
4.     On checking the link and looking at the Annual Financial Statements, the sponsor identified
       that the auditors had sent through signed Annual Financial Statements that did not
       incorporate the minor changes arising from the audit committee meeting, such as the
       insertion of the date of approval of the Annual Financial Statements, minor note changes
       and the number of shares in issue post consolidation during the year under review (although
       the earnings and headline earnings per share were correct).
