AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS

Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 of Super Group
Holdings Proprietary Limited, Super Group Trading Proprietary Limited (“SGT”), Super Group Africa Proprietary
Limited and Bluefin Investments Limited (collectively, the “financial statements”), being the guarantors to the
Issuer’s ZAR7 500 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, are available through a secure electronic
manner at the election of the person requesting inspection.

SGT’s statement of cash flows for the comparative financial year ended 30 June 2025 has been restated to
reclassify dividends paid from operating activities to financing activities. This presentation better reflects the
nature of these payments as distributions to shareholders in their capacity as providers of finance to the
business.

The audit reports issued on the financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
