WITHDRAWAL OF ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS PROPOSED FOR ADOPTION AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
OF THE COMPANY

Shareholders were advised on Thursday, 21 August 2025 on SENS that Ms Bojane Segooa has resigned from the
Board of Directors of the Company and as Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 21 August
2025.

As a result of this resignation, Ordinary Resolution 4 pertaining to the re-election of Bojane Segooa as an
Independent Non-executive Director, Ordinary Resolution 7 pertaining to the re-election of Bojane Segooa as a
member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Resolution 8 pertaining to the re-election of Bojane Segooa as the
Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee are hereby withdrawn from voting at the Annual General Meeting
of shareholders of the Company, to be held today, 22 August 2025 at 10h00.

The remaining resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting distributed to shareholders 
on 30 June 2025 remain in place to be voted on.
