ZAR2,000,000,000 Asset-Backed Securities Programme Memorandum dated 8 October 2025.
Noteholders are hereby advised that the name and financial information of the Credit Receiver that
accounts for 10% or more of the total value of the Participating Assets has been uploaded onto the
virtual data room maintained by the Issuer and made available to the Noteholders ("VDR") under the
folder titled "Note Issuance Transaction 1".
