CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: CESSATION OF MR CHARLES SHILOWA’S MEMBERSHIP FROM THE COMPANY’S SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 25 September 2026 (the “Previous Announcement”). ACSA wishes to
advise noteholders that the cessation date of Mr Charles Shilowa’s membership from ACSA’s Social and Ethics Committee in the Previous
Announcement, was incorrect. The correct cessation date is 25 September 2026, pursuant to the appointment of Mr Siphamandla
Mthethwa as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Charles Shilowa for his invaluable contribution and service during his tenure as a member of the
committee.
