RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


The Board of Directors of Labat Africa Limited ("the Company") has carefully considered
the recent developments arising from the proposed disposal of its Healthcare segment. As
part of this strategic process and following constructive engagement between the parties.

Mr Stanton Van Rooyen has resigned from the Board of Labat Africa Limited and from all
other subsidiary boards effective 2 December 2025. The Board extends its appreciation to
Mr Stanton Van Rooyen for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board thanks Mr Stanton Van Rooyen for his service, commitment, and contribution to
the Company during his tenure, and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
