        TRUSTCO GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED: SUSPENSION QUARTERLY UPDATE


Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 30 April 2026, 2 July 2026 and 31 July 2026
where indicative time-lines were communicated for completion of the audits of Trustco Group and
its subsidiaries and investees.


The Board is encouraged by the progress achieved and remains committed to restoring the
Company’s reporting timetable, completing the outstanding Namibian and South African audits, and
providing shareholders and the market with up-to-date financial information as soon as practicably
possible.


Based on the current audit plan, and assuming:
§     conclusion of the required subsidiary and investee audits; and
§     the appointment of Trustco and Trustco Group auditors in line with the guidance provided by
      the JSE Limited,
Trustco expects all the outstanding audits to be completed during quarter four of this year.


A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
