SEGREGATED ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


In accordance with paragraph 6.15 and 6.17 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements
("DSSLRs") of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), notice is hereby given of the following change to the external auditor
of South African Securitisation Programme (RF) Limited (the "Issuer") with effect from 01 April 2026.


Following the conclusion of a comprehensive and diligent tender process the Audit Committee has
recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the proposed appointment of SNG Grant Thornton ("SNGGT")
as the external auditor of the Issuer for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.


SNGGT will be replacing the Company's incumbent external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc ("PwC").
The decision was taken as part of the restructured SASFIN Group's strategic reset; and an assessment of
the group's audit requirements.


The Board expresses its appreciation to PwC for the professional services rendered during its tenure as auditor
of the Issuer.
