RETIREMENT OF A DIRECTOR


In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listing Requirements, the board
of directors of the Industrial Development Corporation (the "Board") wishes to advise that
Ms Lael Bethlehem has retired as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Corporation as
well as the Chairperson of the Risk and Sustainability Committee, all with effect from 21
July 2024. This follows the IDC Annual General Meeting that took place on the 20th of July
2024.


The Board expresses its deepest gratitude to Ms Bethlehem for her dedicated service and
significant contributions since she joined the Board in November 2008.
