Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 14 January 2026, in relation to
the Automatic Early Redemptions payable on the GS106C notes. The Issuer wishes to notify the GS106C
noteholders that the cents per share contained in the previous announcement for the coupon per
note, was incorrect. The correct cents per share is 3,245.39824 cents.
