APPOINTMENT TO THE SOCIAL, ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited's Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the
board of directors of Agrarius wishes to advise sukuk holders that Mrs Marlene Luizinho Dos Santos has been
appointed as a member of Agrarius' Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee with immediate effect.
Marlene is an admitted attorney and notary public of the High Court of South Africa. She has experience in legal
advisory, corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial support, including the preparation and
administration of governance documentation and stakeholder engagement.
The board extends a warm welcome to Marlene and looks forward to her contribution as a member of the
Agrarius Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
