TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that Octodec has received notification from Old Mutual Limited on behalf of its clients ("Old
Mutual"), of the disposal by Old Mutual of Octodec ordinary shares, such that Old Mutual now holds 0.02% of Octodec's
total issued ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Octodec has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
