APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Pursuant to the announcement published on 12 December 2025 regarding the appointment of Mr Peter de
Villiers as interim chief financial officer pending the appointment of a permanent CFO of Attacq Limited,
being the guarantor of Attacq Treasury which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Attacq Limited. Attacq Treasury
is pleased to announce that following the conclusion of a thorough recruitment process, Mr Peter de Villiers
has been appointed as chief financial officer ("CFO") of Attacq Treasury and Attacq Limited with effect
from 1 June 2026. Sureya Scheepers has been appointed to succeed Peter as the Company Secretary of
Attacq Treasury.

The board confirms that a fit and proper assessment for Peter has been undertaken and is also satisfied with
the outcome of the assessment. The board further confirms that the appointment was made pursuant to the
policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Attacq Limited and its subsidiaries.

The board looks forward to Peter's continued contributions to the Company.
