CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Nicholas Riley ("Nick") will step down from the board
of directors (the "Board") and as non-executive director of Burstone with effect from 31 December
2025, to focus on his expanded role at Investec Bank Limited. Accordingly, Nick will also step down
from his role as a member of Burstone Group's Investment Committee.

The Board wishes to express their gratitude and thanks to Nick for his significant contribution to the
Group over the last 11 years. From his tenure as Group CEO between 2014 to 2018, being instrumental
in the significant growth of the Group and thereafter in his capacity as a non-executive director,
drawing on his extensive real estate and deep investment banking expertise to provide invaluable
guidance through various challenging environments.

The Board wishes Nick well in all his future endeavours.
