LATE SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("FINANCIAL INFORMATION")

The JSE wishes to advise that the Issuer has failed to submit its financial information within the four-
month period stipulated in the JSE's Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.

Accordingly, this announcement is issued to advise holders of debt securities that the Issuer has failed
to submit its financial information timeously and that the listing of the Issuer's debt securities and the
registration of its placing document are under threat of suspension and possible removal.

If the Issuer still fails to submit its financial information by 31 July 2026, the listing of the Issuer's debt
securities and the registration of its placing document may be suspended.

This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of holders of debt securities.
