RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published by the Company on SENS on
18 August 2025 and the subsequent renewals thereof, the last of which was published on 17 December
2025, wherein shareholders were advised that the Company had entered into negotiations regarding
the disposal of Hulamin Extrusions Proprietary Limited, which if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company's securities.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company is still involved in discussions and shareholders
are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until
a further announcement is made or the cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
