RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Afine shareholders held on
Thursday, 20 August 2026, convened in terms of the notice of AGM included in the Company’s
integrated annual report for the year ended 28 February 2026, the results of voting at the AGM are as
follows:
- Total number of Afine ordinary shares in issue at the date of the AGM: 73 681 954.
- Total number of Afine ordinary shares that were present/represented at the AGM: 72 119 656, being
97.88% of the total number of ordinary shares that could have voted at the AGM.
The resolutions proposed at the AGM, together with the percentage of votes carried for and against
