CHANGE IN PARTICIPATION PERCENTAGE


A minor technical error has been identified in the Applicable Pricing Supplement for the abovementioned Notes in relation
to the formula for the determination of the Participation Percentage of the Notes and amended with effect from the Issue
Date of the notes, being 18 November 2025.

The amendment consists of the change to Participation Percentage from: 175% to 184.15%.

The amendment reflects what was agreed upon with Noteholders on the trade date

An Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement that corrects the error has been signed, filed with the JSE
and published on the Issuer's website
