("Standard Bank") will be partially de-listed in the amount of
ZAR7,922,000.00 and the number of notes reduced is 7,922 (the
"Redeemed Portion") by the JSE Limited effective 09 February
2026.

The purpose for the partial redemption is due to the Noteholder
redeeming the Redeemed Portion for 126 629.16183 South African
cents per Note (the total amount being ZAR R10,031,562.20 in
respect of the Redeemed Portion issued under SBEN53) and will
be paid by the Issuer on 06 February 2026.

The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBEN53 in issue is
ZAR16,892,000.00 and the remaining number of Notes is 16,892.
