RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Nu-World shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 18 and 25 May 2026,
the circular to Shareholders dated, 18 May 2026 and the revised notice convening the special general meeting of
Shareholders ("Special General Meeting"), dated 25 May 2026 ("Notice").

Shareholders are hereby advised that at the Special General Meeting held today, 24 June 2026, all resolutions as set
out in the Notice, were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy at the Special
General Meeting.


Details of the results of the voting are as follows:
