Verdure R2,000,000,000.00 Asset-Backed Securities Programme, namely Verdure Security SPV (RF)
Proprietary Limited, for the year ended 28 February 2026 ("AFS"), are available for inspection at the
Issuer's registered office and on the Issuer's website at https://verdurefund.com/investor-relations/.
The AFS have been audited by PKF Octagon Inc. who have issued unqualified audit opinions thereon.
