Declaration of dividends

Notice is hereby given that dividends have been declared from retained earnings for the period from
28 April 2026 to and including 26 July 2026 payable to the Preference Shareholders as recorded in the
books of Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited ("the Company") at the close of business on Friday,
24 July 2026.

The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend are as follows:

•   Preference Shareholders who are exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a gross
    dividend denominated in ZAR cents per Preference Share
•   Preference Shareholders who are not exempt from paying the Dividend Tax will receive a net
