On 09 January 2026, The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
disseminated a SENS announcement in respect of the Final
Redemption with Election.


Option   2 under paragraph 2 inadvertently made reference that a
holder   of the Notes may elect to receive delivery of the
1nvest   VANECK GOLD MINERS ETF (such participatory interests
herein   referred to as "the ETFs").


The purpose of this SENS is to correct the ETF being
referenced from 1nvest VANECK GOLD MINERS ETF to 1nvest Gold
ETF.


All other terms in respect of the Final Redemption with
Election SENS announcement remain as per the SENS announcement
dated 09 January 2026.
